I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest thanks for your excellent strategy in the purchase of our beautiful home here in American River Canyon.   Although we didn't know you personally the first time we met (as a walk-in into one of your open houses), you gained our trust early-on because of your honest concern in treating and protecting your client.   You patiently showed us many homes within our specifications and you always were prepared each time we went out to view homes.   The highlight of all this was your strategy in negotiating the house that we really wanted…… despite multiple offers (4 of them).   We were so blessed to get it due to the way you handled everything.   I remember you knocking at our door three seperate times because of the offer/counter process that Sunday afternoon, August 28.   It is a manifestation of your experience as a realtor, your charisma, and your business-like nature plus your warm personality.   I believe you are a God-sent to us and we can't thank you enough.   I will be sure to refer you to our relatives and friends who plan on relocating here to the Sacramento area.   We definitely will be repeat customers.   Thanks again for everything.
